# ADR-010 — Functional design approval record

**Date:** 2026-08-25
**Decision:** Mathew approved `skynet-unified-app-functional-design.md` after the 2026-08-21 share, with the verbal response "good to go". Approval covers the design as written: §7 items 1 (design), 5 (pilot scope, in principle — product chosen at G2), 7 (creative code in the naming convention), 9 (model policy).
**Recording note:** the approval was verbal (chat/call with Agon); this record logs it in the project decision log on 2026-08-25.
**Addendum agreed afterwards:** Mathew asked for a Reddit voice-of-customer pipeline (keyword groups, first: cravings + blood sugar; continuous collection; accumulating master dataset; export). Agreed with Mathew to deliver it **in the unified platform** (Intelligence module, Phase 1 after the day-14 slice; technical plan card A18), reusing the existing market-intel collector — not as a standalone scraper task. Superseded: the 2026-08-24 recap note that placed it standalone / pre-day-0.
**Open items not closed by this record:** Bian's RescaleOS coexistence agreement (§7 item 2); leadership D1–D4.
